Reservation Policy

Parking Information
Limited parking is available in the lot behind the building. Additional parking can be found in the municipal parking lot behind the restaurant.
Outdoor Dining Reservations
Reservations for outdoor dining are weather permitting. In the event of rain or severe weather, we regret that we may not be able to accommodate outdoor reservations indoors if indoor seating is fully booked. We encourage guests to check the weather forecast and contact us in advance if they wish to modify their reservation.
Cancellation Policy
To provide the best experience for all our guests, we kindly request that cancellations or changes to your reservation be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee of $15.00 per person.
- For emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly by phone at 315-685-6116 or through the OpenTable messaging system. We will evaluate any issues on a case-by-case basis.
- Charges will be waived or refunded for cancellations made in error or disputes resolved in the guest’s favor.

Due to the high volume of reservations and the size of our restaurant, this policy ensures we can plan appropriately and provide an excellent dining experience for all guests.
